SHIPPING COST within CANADA is a flat rate of $10: Any size of order, anywhere in Canada is a flat rate of $10.00 + HST or GST (depending on your province). Any size order to the continental U.S. is $20.00. (Sorry, but we do not ship outside of Canada/U.S.)
SHIPPING TIME: We ship by Canada Post's Expedited Parcel. Once your order is processed by us and taken to the post office, the Expedited Parcel service delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.

PROCESSING TIME: In-stock internet orders are shipped out within 1 week! We will contact you if your order will be delayed. We ship from our Vancouver location, and you can phone us at (604) 733-6511 to confirm items are in stock before you place your order.

Unless otherwise noted in red text below the game description, the items listed on our web site are usually in-stock or will be back in stock to ship out within a week.
Confirming before placing an internet order:
If you would like to double-check that your game is in stock before you order it, the FASTEST way is to phone us during store hours (604-733-6511 Vancouver). We usually ship from the Vancouver location, and we do transfer items from the PoCo store when needed.
Confirming before you shop in person:
In our 2 Lower Mainland retail stores, we carry over 500 different board games and card games. With our most popular games, we usually have multiple copies on hand, but with some titles we carry only 1 or 2 copies. If you are planning to come to one of our stores in person, we recommend calling first to confirm items and/or place them on hold. For immediate service, please telephone.
If your Internet Order is not In-Stock:
In the event that you place an order online for a game that will not ship within a week, we will notify you by email of the expected shipping date. You may choose to change or cancel your order if this happens, or opt to have it shipped to you as soon as we have it. We will not charge your credit card until then.

GIFT-WRAP: You may select gift wrapping (only $2) on the checkout screen and also specify a gift tag message. If you have any other special instructions, there is an area to let us know.
TAXES: Orders shipped within British Columbia pay 12% HST. Deliveries to ON, NL, and NB have 13% HST. NS is 15% HST. AB, SK, MB, QC, PE, NT, NU, and YT pay only 5% GST.
U.S. residents pay no Canadian sales taxes.
